The cultivations in our estate are typical of the Mediterranean area: peaches, plums, apples, apricots, cherries, etc… tomatoes, watermelons, melons, asparagus, courgettes, aubergines, etc… for fruit and vegetables; durum wheat, corn, sugar beet, sunflower, protein crops and extensive crops. In addition, part of the farm converted into "organic" production, has been intended for farming animals, such as Maremmana cattle, sheep and horses, in the wild.
Last but not least, is the wine sector, which occupies an area of about 57 hectares, located in the northern hilly area, about 10 km from the Tyrrhenian coast, between Tarquinia and Montalto di Castro and it includes vines planted in the second half of the 90s (spurred cordon system) and part of a plot of 1978 has the Trebbiano Toscano variety.
The new varieties planted are: Montepulciano and Sangiovese as native vines (that have been growing for years in the area), Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc as international and national vines (now perfectly adapted to our territory).
