
The attention to costumer health has always been our company’s prerogative and the reason why we keep on investing in it.
Since we are not willing to limit ourselves to only the achieved business goals, in January 2016 we decided to join a research project - which started in 2012 - conducted by a network of companies located throughout the national territory, called Wine Research Team (WRT) with the purpose to collaborate in order to enhance and develop new methods of wine production. The main objective is high-quality wine production, obtained without adding sulfites.
The project features our oenologist Dr. Riccardo Cotarella, as the scientific coordinator, Prof. Attilio Scienza, Prof. Fabio Mencarelli, food engineer, Prof. Riccardo Valentini, climatologist, all of the Department for Innovation in Biological, Agrofood and Forest systems of the University of Tuscia and Dr. Cesare Castelli, biologist.
The oenologist Nicola Biasi is in charge of coordinating the ambitious project, involving us and our companies as active part in the execution of projects in this exciting and innovative research aiming at achieving production excellence and applied research.
