
Our terroir… a starting point!
Created in 2006, with the desire of creating a wine that could express itself through internationally known grape varieties which had adapted to our soil and climate with promising results. The Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot maintain their original proprieties but at the same time are charged with interesting and special local notes influenced by the Mediterranean forest nearby.
- Organoleptic proprieties: ruby red color, clear, consistent with scent of flowers and fruit. Close your eyes and taste: you are walking among the holm oak, strawberry trees, juniper trees and small brambles of wild blackberries…in the mouth it has an excellent roundness with a fragrant and spicy aroma. A cream of black cherry, sour cherry and blackberry pulp, with mint and vanilla aroma. It remains persuasive after swallowing.
- Serving suggestions: Risotto and pasta with rich sauces, red meat dishes, stewed preparations, boiled meat, cheese.
- Serving temperature: 16-18 °C
