
A unique experience in a glass!
It is a wine of great freshness, obtained from the processing of the Pinot Blanc grape variety (a challenge in our territory) known for its characteristics of body and acidity. It is harvested with maximum yields of 40 quintals per hectare and is subjected to 10 hours cold maceration on the grape skins at 7° C in order to extract the complexity of the aromas and preserve the colour that characterises this grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 14 ° -16 ° C with long aging in the bottle.
- Organoleptic properties: straw yellow color with greenish to golden reflections based on the aging time in the bottle. Elegant and rich wine with notes of white peach, golden apple, hint of hazelnut and almond. Warm, soft, full flavour ... surprisingly persistent!
- Serving suggestion: Soraluisa is appreciated during aperitifs but it is perfectly matched with appetizers and fish or white meat dishes.
