
Spumante Brut…… Vibrant vitality in a thousand bubbles!
The grapes coming from the highest area of our vineyard have been selected and harvested by hand in small boxes. After a soft pressing, the must obtained has been fermented at a temperature of 12-14° C. After Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are blended together in order to create the Cuvèe, the second fermentation has been carried out in autoclaves before being bottled and marketed.
- Organoleptic proprieties: pleasant bouquet, delicately floral and fruity. The balanced acidity on the palate is perfectly integrated with the sugars and bubbles of the wine.
- Serving suggestions: perfect as an aperitif, it can accompany appetizers and all types of fish or white meats requiring short cooking and characterized by a delicate flavor.
- Serving temperature: 6°-8° C
