Spumante Brut…… Vibrant vitality in a thousand bubbles!

The grapes coming from the highest area of our vineyard have been selected and harvested by hand in small boxes. After a soft pressing, the must obtained has been fermented at a temperature of 12-14° C. After Pinot Blanc and Chardonnay are blended together in order to create the Cuvèe, the second fermentation has been carried out in autoclaves before being bottled and marketed.

  • Organoleptic proprieties: pleasant bouquet, delicately floral and fruity. The balanced acidity on the palate is perfectly integrated with the sugars and bubbles of the wine.
  • Serving suggestions: perfect as an aperitif, it can accompany appetizers and all types of fish or white meats requiring short cooking and characterized by a delicate flavor.
  • Serving temperature: 6°-8° C

Soraluisa

A unique experience in a glass!

It is a wine of great freshness, obtained from the processing of the Pinot Blanc grape variety (a challenge in our territory) known for its characteristics of body and acidity. It is harvested with maximum yields of 40 quintals per hectare and is subjected to 10 hours cold maceration on the grape skins at 7° C in order to extract the complexity of the aromas and preserve the colour that characterises this grape variety. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel at 14 ° -16 ° C with long aging in the bottle.

  • Organoleptic properties: straw yellow color with greenish to golden reflections based on the aging time in the bottle. Elegant and rich wine with notes of white peach, golden apple, hint of hazelnut and almond. Warm, soft, full flavour ... surprisingly persistent!
  • Serving suggestion: Soraluisa is appreciated during aperitifs but it is perfectly matched with appetizers and fish or white meat dishes.
  • Serving temperature: 8-10° C

Red wine with great structure!

It is the wine that best represents us: charismatic, protagonist on the table for those who love tasting complex aromatic wines. The refinement and the almost obsessive attention given to each step of processing, from the care of the vineyard, vinification, aging in French oak barrels, as well as in the choice of every detail, makes its image as precious as the content. There are wines designed to give the best in the first minutes after being poured and in the first months in the bottle .... Soremidio needs time to talk about himself!

  • Organoleptic properties: Deep ruby red color with purple nail; aroma of ripe red fruit jam, plum and berries and Mediterranean scrub; in the mouth it retains all its great structure, enriched with hints of licorice and tobacco with an energetic and persistent finish.
  • Serving suggestions: rich meat such as game, medium and long-aged cheeses. In order to appreciate its many nuances, it can also be enjoyed alone as a MEDITATION WINE in a moment of pure relaxation!
  • Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C. It is a wine that benefits from good oxygenation.
