This wine was created in 2002 as the first white wine of our production made from Chardonnay and Trebbiano Toscano. It combines freshness, aromas and elegance of Chardonnay with the strong personality and structure of the Trebbiano Toscano, with the particularity of the influence of the sea breeze which gives the grapes and consequently the wine a pleasant sapidity.

• Organoleptic proprieties: fruity and fragrant aroma, varietal and crisp, with clear hints of acacia flowers, broom, ripe apple, yellow plum.
• Serving suggestions: fish dishes, from appetizers to first courses
• Serving temperature: 8°- 10° C
